Terms and conditions of use

1. What the site offers

The site presents Jade's services and projects and lets you contact us, create an account, request services and quotes, follow the progress of projects, exchange messages and files with our team and view invoices.

2. Your account

• You must provide truthful details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used for abuse or fraud.

3. Requests, quotes and projects

• Submitting a request does not create a contract or oblige you to buy, nor oblige us to accept the work.
• The quote states the scope, price, phases, deadlines and validity. The agreement is formed when you accept it.
• The specific conditions of each project (payments by phase, deliverables, approvals) are those of the accepted quote and prevail over these general terms.
• Changes of scope may require a new quote.

4. Content you send us

• You are responsible for the files and text you upload and state that you have the right to use them.
• You authorise us to process them only to provide the service you requested.
• Do not upload malicious software or illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not try to access accounts, data or systems without authorisation or bypass security measures.
• Do not overload the site with mass automated submissions or queries.
• Do not impersonate others or use the site to send spam.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, trademarks, text and software belong to Jade or its licensors and you may not copy or reuse them without permission. Ownership of each project's deliverables is governed by the corresponding quote or contract.

7. Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there may be maintenance, Internet or third-party failures. We may change or remove features.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jade is not liable for indirect damages or for failures beyond its control (the Internet, external providers, force majeure). Information on the site is indicative and is not a binding offer until a quote is accepted.

9. Third-party services

Some features use third-party services, such as sign-in with Google. Their use is also governed by those third parties' conditions.

10. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; the current version is the one published here, with its date. If you keep using the site after a change you accept it. You may stop using the site and ask us to close your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cuba. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Havana, without prejudice to the rights the law gives you.
